Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Zanix ERP (the "Service"), provided by Zanix Technologies ("Zanix", "we", "our"), a company registered in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq at {{address}}, reachable at info@zanixtechnologies.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zanix is business software you access over the internet. Each customer gets its own private workspace (its own database). We give you the software, keep it running, update it and back it up; your business data belongs to you.

2. Your account

You must give true information when signing up, and keep it current.
You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your staff. Keep your passwords safe and use two-factor authentication for administrators.
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.

3. Plans, payment and renewals

New customers get a 14-day free trial. After it ends, you need an active paid plan to keep using the Service.
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the plans page. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
If a paid subscription ends without payment, you get 1 day of grace, then your workspace becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but not change it.
Fees already paid are not refundable, except where required by law.

4. Your data

All business data you put into Zanix stays yours. We only use it to run the Service for you.
You can export all your data at any time (Settings → Data export).
When you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days so you can come back or export it, then delete it. A final backup is kept for 90 days.

5. What you must not do

Use the Service to break any law, or to store or share illegal content.
Share your account with other businesses, or resell the Service without our written permission.
Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or copy the Service.
Send spam, viruses or anything that harms other users or our systems.

6. Updates and changes to the Service

We ship updates often. Most are optional; some are mandatory (for security or law). Mandatory updates are applied automatically after a deadline we announce. A backup of your workspace is always taken before an update, and if anything fails the backup is restored and your version is kept.

7. Service levels and availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 and plan short maintenance windows outside business hours when possible. The Service is provided "as is": we don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time from the owner portal or by writing to us.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, don't pay, or put other users or our systems at risk, with notice where possible.
On termination, sections about data, fees and liability stay in force.

9. Intellectual property

Zanix ERP (the software, brand and documentation) is ours. Using the Service doesn't give you ownership of it. Your data stays yours.

10. Confidentiality and security

We treat your data as confidential. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, including encrypted connections, backups and access controls. No system is perfectly safe, so you must also do your part: keep your passwords safe, use two-factor authentication, and watch who you give access to.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll let you know by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after they take effect, you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and of the Federal Republic of Iraq where they apply. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Erbil.
